Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
September 29th, 2011 | Posted by in Mediation and ModerationI visited World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, in 2001, with my colleagues from the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. By that time, WIPO has already introduced an online dispute resolution service.
